Great to go with anything: in sandwich, soup, lunch. It is also a great little afternoon snack, which gives me extra energy. It is also very welcomed by my non-asian friends, which is a surprise!

first and very important: this particular roasted seaweed contains NO MSG, which is great. packaged very nicely in 100 individual packets, these thin and (literally) light as air strips pack a massive punch of taste- it really does taste like the sea (and if you happen to have a cat in the house, beware- they will drive you insane to get at these!) the flavor is one of those "aquired tastes" things, and i can see how it could be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen, in cooking and garnishing- or just straight out of the bag as a snack. i've read where seaweed is excellent for your health as well as your skin due to it's high mineral content. tip: after opening package, (eventhough they are individually wrapped), place all the contents into an air tight container to maintain the freshness- especially in humid climates like the south. these cute little packets would also make a great addtion to your lunch or dinner on the go.

As a child I was a picky eater, but I ate unflavored nori. I am not asian, but I had a japanese family member. I love these things because they have no MSG and all the other flavored ones do. I did not find them hard to open I just had to throw away the wrappers because my pug loves nori as well. He tried to eat the wrappers. I accidentally dropped a huge sheet of nori and learned the dogs love it. It was not an aquired taste for me I just loved nori from the start. I actually prefer to eat it dry. This stuff is flavored which is just guilding the lilly so to speak because nori is wonderful anyway. I love this stuff because I risk getting problems from MSG and these do not have it. So after eating nori for a snack for decades they have found yet another way to improve upon it and then I hear it is good for us on top of that. Low calorie and high protein. Can it get any better?

I am asian but i came from a country where we eat like 3-4 varieties of fresh seaweeds,we eat them raw, mixed with garnishings, vinegars and other spices. i missed eating fresh seaweeds and when the husband of a friend introduced me to the dried seasoned seaweed, i knew i just have to buy. so here i am after ordering the products i guess two days ago, found the box already outside my door this morning and before the night ends i knew i have to reorder, which i did prior to writing this review.i think all i ate this day was the dried seaweed.i like to so much.so tasty, so smooth and i like how it just melts in my mouth.i'm glad i found this product at amazon. will keep on ordering!!!
