Kakashi-sensei takes Squad Seven on what should be an ordinary C-level mission: escorting Suien, the young leader of the Village Hidden in the Waterfall, home to assume his duties. But Kakashi gets called home to attend an important meeting, leaving Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura to complete the job. As soon has he leaves, a group of rogue ninjas attack the Village: They want the Hero's Water, which can raise the chakra of anyone who drinks it tenfold or more. With Sakura captured, Naruto and Sasuke have to work together to defeat the renegades. To no one's surprise, they come through, especially after Naruto talks Suien into abandoning his cowardly ways. Also known as Mission: Protect the Waterfall Village and Battle at Hidden Falls. I am the Hero!, this 40-minute OVA (2004) plays like an extended episode of the popular broadcast series--which is just what fans of hyperactive knucklehead Naruto want and expect. (Rated T+ Older Teen; suitable for ages 12 and older: violence, toilet humor) --Charles Solomon

The Naruto lost story was pretty good to me. Without adding any spoilers. Its around 40 mins and it contains the same elements that make the Naruto series watchable and lovable. It has some pretty decent comedy and the action scenes are very good. If your new to Naruto I recommend checking out at least vol.1 of the series before coming to this so you can have some type of understanding. This DVD also has the trailer for Naruto the Movie; Ninja Clash in The Land of the Snow. It isn't perfect but its definitly good.

This dvd should be considered a mini-movie. It exsists outside of the series story arcs. I think this a fun and dramatic story within the Naruto universe. This dvd contains both the english televised version and the uncut original with japanese audio, which is always a pluse for me. Any true Naruto fan would find this dvd to be a must have.
