| Customer Reviews: Wow! Wonderful! April 23, 2010 B. Ford 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the thickness of this volume. I thought it'd be a thin little manga, but it was pretty thick! I've been a big fan of the Mega Man series for a long time. Japan always got these fantastic stories of Mega Man that really helped create a universe all on their own.
Now we finally can read this manga artists' interpretation of the legendary video game character created in 1987. This manga is his vision/interpretation of what the Mega Man games released on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) would be like in story format.
After finishing the manga, I have to say I was really satisfied! I can't wait for the next volume and any Mega Man fan will be sure to love this. Udon Entertainment is doing a great job and service for Mega Man fans by bringing various Mega Man products/books to the US.
Finally! Someone translated Megaman! May 5, 2010 Virtual Blue (Netherlands) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After a long wait I can finally read these great Manga instead of just looking at the very nice artwork.
The little color "poster" inside the cover was a nice surprise, as were the sketches and character bio's and creator interview in the back of the book.
I'd reccomend it to all Mega Man fans out there.
I'm very glad Udon decided to publish these translated Manga, and I'm looking forward to buying the following parts as soon as they are available.
Megaman how it should be told June 3, 2010 Dijean Oreggio 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I don't know why they have all the other comics and manga out as long as they had, and yet Megaman been around for like 3 millions. Good read, love the art style, wish it was in color like everything else.
Mega Review May 9, 2010 Donald R. Smith Jr. 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great read! If your a fan of the blue bomber then you won't be disappointed when you read this series. It follows the original series and goes in chronological order from the very first game onward. This book makes each of the master robots along with Megaman himself look the best they can be. I would highly recommended and encourage those who are a fan of Megaman to give this graphic novel series a try!
